About Us

E & Y Assets is a private equity investment firm focused on investments in mortgage credit, including whole loans, mortgage and asset-backed securities, and mortgage-related equities. We seek to acquire high quality investments at discounts to replacement cost. We then improve the properties through hands-on management and targeted value-add initiatives. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors and strong economic assets for communities.

E & Y Assets was founded in 2012 as an investment management firm focused on mortgage backed securities. We specialize in the mitigation and disposition of residential and commercial real estate mortgages currently in default. E & Y Assets targets attractive risk-adjusted investment returns across a broad range of predominantly real estate equity and debt oriented investment strategies. Our investment strategy is dynamic and responsive to specific cycle opportunities. This enables us to participate in equity and/or debt real estate investments which offer the most attractive risk-adjusted returns to our shareholders through a balanced combination of current yield and capital appreciation.

Tax Lien & Deed Purchases

E&Y Assets is an active purchaser of tax liens and deeds. The relatively low capital necessary and the ability to be involved in real estate without much of the responsibility of owning the actual property provide significant opportunities.

Equity Investments

E & Y Assets seeks to find outstanding returns with limited volatility by focusing on assets that trade at deep discounts due to their distressed or illiquid nature.

Mortgage Loan Purchases

E&Y Assets is an active purchaser of large and small pools of seasoned, real-estate backed (performing and non-performing) loans from a variety of banks and government agencies.
